Welcome to the WWW where I post a summary of the past week’s goals and milestones. Every week features the same format including net calories, weekly weigh-in, and how I fared meeting current fitness goals such as using a food diary.

Calories In << Calories Out

No baseline to compare to the previous week because I used my food diary sparingly while I was on the road. I’ll say it was a decent week, considering the travel. I have been making a more concerted effort to drop the sugary soda and opting for diet soda or water instead. No official calories or graph to report this week…but promise to bring it back next time! Also, no changes on the scale, but remaining as optimistic as I can.

I’ll describe my current challenge more in a separate post but have been running for the past seven consecutive days. 1000 calories of exercise for the week = CHECK!

On track or off the wagon…

ON TRACK – Much better showing this week than the past few weeks. The consecutive running hasn’t taken as much of a toll as I thought it would. Am I not pushing myself as hard as I could be? Don’t know – you can read more about my self-imposed running challenge here.
