Note to self #1:  You won’t know if you are successful if you don’t know what you are trying to accomplish.

Note to self #2:  These are moving targets….adjust accordingly, but aim high.

My short-term goals:

  • Complete a 5k race by the end of September 2010 in under 27 minutes
  • Lose ten pounds by race day
  • Reduce body fat percentage by 3% by race day

    My long-term goals (by Summer 2011):

    • Consistently complete at least 3 workouts per week (consistently means 3 out of 4 weeks / month)
    • Return to pre-pre-baby weight
    • Lose two pants sizes
